Product Description:

       This series of fuses are mainly used in the solar photovoltaic power generation DC combiner box to break the line overload and short circuit current generated by the current feedback of the solar panel photovoltaic modules and inverters that may generate solar energy, thereby protecting the solar photovoltaic module board. For use, the fuse can also be optionally used in any other DC circuit as a line overload and short circuit protection for electrical components.

       The CFPV-30 fuse is designed and manufactured according to the RT18-32 type according to the special standard for photovoltaic fuses GB13539.6/IEC60269.6, the maximum current reaches 30A, the maximum rated voltage reaches 1000V DC. The maximum breaking capacity reaches 33KA.

Structural features:

       This product is made of special plastic pressed housing with contacts and load-carrying parts, and is ultrasonically welded. The melt is made of a melt-cut melt made of high-strength ceramics made of silver (silver) made by our company. The melted tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand as an arc extinguishing medium. The two ends of the melt are firmly connected to the contact end cap by spot welding. It has the characteristics of high segmentation ability, good electrical conductivity, good arc extinguishing ability, low temperature rise and low power consumption. This series of fuse-links is a plug-in structure and is mounted on a rail.

 

Normal working conditions and installation conditions:

1 Ambient air temperature: -40 ° C ~ +90 ° C

2 Altitude: no more than 2000M (if more than can be specified, our company can customize)

3 The fuse can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely. The fuse body should be placed above the base relative to the direction of gravity.

4 There is no obvious vibration and impact in the workplace.
