Customer Service is a very important in MEIHENG ELECTRIC which is for accepting customers consulting, supplying technical support; handling customer complaints; solving difficult problems; actively communicate with customers to understand the feelings and needs of our clients and timely forward customer information Feedback to the relevant departments and enterprises.

According to the production scale of our company and technical requirements, MEIHENG ELECTRIC establish QC department with especial inspectors for each procedure and has a developed QC system to control the qualification ratio all the time. Furthermore, there is a professional technical department with 15 technicians who are keeping updating products.

The products are in compliance with international standards, industrial standards and requirements stipulated in the contract and MEIHENG ELECTRIC will fulfill its duties for the items which are caused by not good materials or improper production.
